Return Policy

All sales of crystals and crystal products are final. 

In rare circumstances, returns or exchanges may be considered at the discretion of the shop owner.

In house jewelry items (made by Athamé) that arrive damaged or break after purchase are eligible for repairs, returns, and; in specific cases, exchanges.

Non Athamé made jewelry that has broken will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by management before any resolution is offered.
